Reiki means 'universal life energy' in Japanese. It is a system of natural healing which is based on the belief that, by channelling spiritual energy through the
practitioner, the spirit is healed and the spirit in turn heals the physical body.
 
Reiki is a natural hands on healing process, where a practitioner channels the Reiki energy into a client. Reiki allows the client to reach a state of relaxation whereby the mind, body and spirit can restore balance and harmony. : The energy of Reiki can be used to great effect in many ways. Whether one is suffering from stress or tension, and the many symptoms associated with this, or wishing to improve the quality of relationships at home or work, the beneficial effects of Reiki occur on many levels. Reiki can accelerate the healing of physical problems, balance the emotions, and free us from restrictive mental attitudes. It may also provide a closer connection with inner wisdom. £20.00 Per session : A Reiki treatment lasts for approximately 1-1.5 hours for the first treatment, and 1 hour thereafter. Together we talk about life issues and discuss where you are in your life and how you wish to move forwards. You then receive the Reiki as a hands on / or off treatment, with you only removing shoes and Metal objects, such as Jewellery and Belts.
