Reiki I is the first step in becoming attuned to and how to feel "Universal Energy.“ You will receive 4 attunements to open up your healing Journey with Reiki. You will be taught the history of Reiki, general principles of Reiki, chakra energy points and meditations. It will provide the minimum necessary training and discipline required for you to operate publicly as a Professional Reiki Practitioner, if this is your intention. You will discover Three Sacred Reiki Symbols each having a specific function, how to use them to enhance your healing, including how to send distance healing to someone the other side of the world. You will be taught meditations to show you how to protect your energy and open up your intuition. A manual and certificate will be issued on completion of course.
