How to Book for a Course or Workshop

Booking for a workshop, circle, demonstration or other event is very easy...

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT:

• Bookings received are on a first come, first served basis until the course is full and are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Ensure the event you are booking for is not already full by checking the course details on the ‘Psychic Studio’ page. If the event is full it will be mentioned. If an event is full, you can email us to be added to the cancellation list, which is held for each event.

• Some courses are for certain levels of ability and experience only, so do check the course details to make sure it’s suitable for you.

• Fill in all the details on the booking form ensuring the course date and title you wish to book for are correct.

• Complete and submit the form below. This will then give you a link to our secure payments page to enable you to pay your deposit by paypal. - Or click here for a printable form to post.

Payment can be made by the following methods:

In Person - By Cash or Debit / Credit Card at Serenity Holistics Studio reception. Please Note: A surcharge of 2.5% will be made in respect of each credit card transaction. The amount of this surcharge may be revised by written notice, including by annoucement on our website from time to time.
By Post - Cheque made payable to Serenity Holistics and sent to Sarah Wynne’s Serenity Studio, 8 Roland Avenue, Nuthall, Nottingham NG16 1BB quoting your name and course details as reference on the reverse.
By Debit / Credit Card - Phone 0115 8751260 You will need your card to hand if you choose this method. Please Note: A surcharge of 2.5% will be made in respect of each credit card transaction. The amount of this surcharge may be revised by written notice, including by annoucement on our website from time to time.

• All deposits are always non-refundable or non-transferable. If the course is cancelled we will endeavour to offer you an alternative date or a full refund.

• A confirmation of receipt of payment and place on the course will be sent to you. (Should places for your required course not be available at the time of receipt of your booking, your cheque will be returned to you).

• All balances for courses or day workshops are due on the day of commencing the course. (Before the course starting.)
